The ideal candidate will have IR experience, will be extremely detailed oriented and a team player The culture of the firm is fantastic, they offer extremely competitive salary and benefits and it is a very exciting time to be at a well established but growing firm Responsibilities Calendar management for executives Coordinate a high-volume of internal and external meetings and prepare meeting materials Arrange travel plans with detailed itineraries Roadshow coordination CRM tracking and updates Qualifications Bachelor's degree Experience in Financial Services Proficient in Microsoft Office suite Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills Strong written and verbal communication skills
