We are seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to support our CEO in Winchester, MA.


The ideal candidate is a highly organized professional with a keen eye for detail and a background in providing top-tier administrative assistance to executives. You should have the ability to work well cross-functionally to build alignment to proactively problem solve with sound business judgment. Grit, a good sense of humor, and the ability to stay composed under pressure are essential. The role involves working in a small, entrepreneurial, mission-driven, and results-oriented environment. As an Executive Assistant, your main responsibility will be to directly assist the team leader and CEO, ensuring his maximum productivity by managing daily tasks, while also overseeing the general operations of the organization.


This position is pivotal to the team's success and the company's overall performance. Compensation:

$65,000+ yearly

Responsibilities:
  • Organize and coordinate the CEO’s daily schedule, including but not limited to managing his calendar; prioritizing his tasks and duties; and scheduling and prepping him for all appointments and meetings.
  • Answer phone calls and emails, return messages, and filter to the appropriate individuals in order to protect the CEO’s time.
  • Manage CEO’s travel arrangements, teaching engagements, vacations, and personal appointments.
  • Organize and help CEO prepare for all appointments
  • Continuously evaluate and implement new technologies to streamline operations through process optimization
  • Ensure systems are integrated and work seamlessly across departments to deliver personalized, high-touch client experiences.
  • Manage company's CRM system and tech stack to ensure data integrity, organization and productivity.
Qualifications:
  • Willing to commute to and work in the office located in Winchester.
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting Executives.
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Tech savvy and strong working knowledge of a variety of computer software applications. iPhone and Apple Products Experience is highly preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks with excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills with high attention to detail in composing, typing, and proofing materials.
  • Charismatic with a high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations. Position continually requires demonstrated poise, tact, and diplomacy.
  • Able to make quick and effective decisions, solve problems, as well as maintain confidentiality without having to be micromanaged.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and stay calm under pressure in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment.
  • Ability to work independently on assigned tasks as well as to accept direction on given assignments.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing schedules and demands.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to deliver a high level of customer service to luxury clientele: people-oriented, welcoming, warm, communicative, and attentive.

  • Real estate experience is a benefit, although not required.
