I’m partnering with a leading healthcare company to hire an Executive Assistant to support the Director of Patient Care. This is an exciting opportunity to be a key player in the daily operations of a healthcare agency, providing vital program management and administrative support.
As a valued member of the executive team, you’ll work across departments, building relationships and ensuring the smooth running of operations. The role requires a positive, engaging demeanor, strong organizational skills, and the ability to juggle multiple projects.
Key Responsibilities:Program Management:
- Oversee organizational goals and progress.
- Support program initiatives and special projects.
- Offer mentorship and leadership within the assistant community.
Schedule & Administrative Management:
- Manage complex schedules and anticipate future needs.
- Handle daily tasks like correspondence, file management, and payroll reconciliation.
Communication:
- Represent the Director of Patient Care (DOPC) in meetings and communications.
- Draft communications and presentations on behalf of the DOPC.
- Build a supportive atmosphere within the team and act as a key liaison.
- 2+ years of administrative leadership experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Healthcare industry experience is preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and presentation tools.
- Apple knowledge preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain composure in high-pressure situations.
- High attention to detail and professionalism.
