WHO YOU ARE
You are an organized and enthusiastic individual who is looking for an opportunity to make a difference in the community. As the Executive Assistant, you will be at the forefront of the Hope Centers operations. You will work side by side with our CEO to ensure effective and efficient functionality of the Hope Centers.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
CEO Support - Organize and optimize important items for the CEO (Calendar, meetings, presentations, etc.)
Request Processing - Answer internal and external requests in a timely manner, while positively representing the CEO’s and Hope’s values
Administrative Tasks - File and collect important information from Hope teams, internal partners, and any other sources to support the CEO
Communication - Ability to communicate information to students, parents, colleagues and 3rd parties effectively, and to timely monitor and report on developments
Facilities Management - Act as the backup to the Facilities Coordinator
Other responsibilities as assigned
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
Qualifications
High school diploma
Experience working in an Assistant, Administrative, or Coordinator role (Preferred)
Experience working in an environment around individuals with developmental delays (Preferred)
Clearances & Training Required
Act 33 PA Child Abuse History Clearance
Act 34 PA State Criminal History Clearance
Act 114 FBI Clearance issued by the Dept of Education
Act 126 Mandated Reporter Training Certificate
Act 168 from Previous Employers where you came into contact with children
CPR/First Aid
TB/Physical
