Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Executive Assistant to support our senior leadership team in Plano, Texas. The ideal candidate is a highly organized, detail-oriented professional with exceptional communication skills and a strong ability to manage complex schedules, high-priority projects, and sensitive information. This role requires a strong commitment to excellence, the ability to anticipate needs, and the capacity to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, managing calendars, appointments, travel arrangements, and daily workflows.
  • Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and executive reports, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, screening calls and emails, and addressing or escalating inquiries as appropriate.
  • Manage special projects, conduct research, and compile data to assist executives with decision-making processes.
  • Oversee event planning and logistics for executive team meetings, off-sites, and other company events.
  • Maintain confidential and sensitive information, exercising discretion and sound judgment at all times.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and cross-functional teams, facilitating smooth communication and collaboration.
  • Assist with budget tracking, expense reports, and resource allocation as directed by the executive team.
  • Continuously improve administrative processes, recommending enhancements to increase efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, supporting C-level or senior executives, preferably in a fast-paced or high-growth environment.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a high degree of professionalism.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with project management tools and scheduling software.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a proactive approach to tasks.
