A client is seeking an Executive Assistant to support a small but growing venture capital company. This role will entail collaborating and coordinating with everyone in the office which ranges from senior executives to individual contributors. They will work hand-in-hand with a Lead EA to handle office coordinating, scheduling, vendor relationships, and executive support. This is a fast-paced environment and requires someone who can think on their feet and be a true asset to the Lead EA and the rest of the office.

- Experience scheduling with varying time zones
- 4+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant/Admin
- Experience with scheduling, coordinating, and handling several relationships amongst an entire office of individuals
- Excellent communicator and team player that can work with varying personalities and maintain strong relationships
