Job Description

Job Title: Executive Administration Assistant
Contract Duration: 6 Months
Pay rate: Upto $42.62/hr
Location: Alameda, CA
Work Type: Onsite, 7 am to 4.30 pm

Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented professional with a passion for supporting executive-level leaders?

We're seeking a talented Executive Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

Calendar Management: Efficiently manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings across multiple time zones.
Meeting Coordination: Prepare for meetings, take detailed minutes, and follow up on action items.
Project Management: Assist with various projects, including report generation, presentations, and event planning.
Travel Arrangements: Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including visas and itineraries.
Communication: Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
Administrative Tasks: Manage expenses, maintain files, and provide general administrative support.

Required Qualifications:

Proven Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting C-suite executives.
Technical Proficiency: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with diverse stakeholders.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to think critically and solve problems efficiently.
Confidentiality: Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion.
Bachelor's Degree: Required.

Preferred Qualifications:

Executive Support Certification
Experience with CRM and project management tools
