Job Description
Tillman Infrastructure is experiencing remarkable growth and seeks a detail-oriented and organized Executive Team Assistant to support the Executive Leadership Team and ensure the efficient operation of our office. Reporting to the CHRO, this role involves providing high-level, confidential support while contributing to a collaborative and productive workplace environment.
The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter with a results-driven mindset, exceptional integrity, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting. While primarily hybrid, the position requires recurring on-site presence at our New York City office, with scheduling details provided by your manager. This role offers the opportunity to develop valuable skills and make a meaningful impact within a dynamic organization.
This is temp-to-perm position.
Requirements:Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support, including managing calendars, travel arrangements, correspondence, and expense reporting for leadership and staff.
- Assist in the preparation, formatting, and proofreading of reports, presentations, and other documents while maintaining confidentiality.
- Support the planning and execution of office events, meetings, and team-building activities.
- Ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment while managing office supplies and coordinating with building management.
- Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a positive experience.
- Represent the leadership team professionally and maintain a high level of discretion with sensitive information.
- Assist with incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, packages, and emails, ensuring timely routing and response.
- Other duties as required.
Qualifications
- Associate or bachelor’s degree required.
- A minimum of 1+ years of administrative or office support experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant tools.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Professional demeanor with a focus on confidentiality and discretion.
