About The Role
As a Senior Executive Assistant at Lattice, you will work closely with top-level Executives to help enhance productivity and efficiency. You are a proactive problem solver with exceptional communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.
This role reports to the Lead Executive Assistant to the CEO and will be supporting our President and our Chief Finance Officer. In this role, you may be expected to be in the San Francisco office 1-2 days per week.
What You Will Do
The estimated annual cash salary for this role is $112,000 - $150,000. This position is also eligible for incentive stock options, subject to the terms of Lattice's applicable plans.

This role reports to the Lead Executive Assistant to the CEO and will be supporting our President and our Chief Finance Officer. In this role, you may be expected to be in the San Francisco office 1-2 days per week.
What You Will Do
- You'll maintain the executive's calendar, and make recommendations in regard to time management, prioritization, and business needs
- You'll ensure the Executive is prepared for upcoming meetings, presentations, and projects by proactively gathering the materials necessary
- You'll contribute to team meetings and off-sites by assisting and sometimes leading the planning, taking notes, and moving relevant action items forward
- You'll find new and efficient ways to help maximize your executives' time, including weekly reporting, goal-tracking, and team meetings
- You will own your executive's team operating calendar and coordinate, and sometimes own, recurring events such as All Hands or quarterly goal setting processes
- You'll partner with internal teams to ensure cross-functional alignment on projects, company milestones, and internal events
- You'll act as a liaison for assigned executives relaying and exchanging information with others including Board members, investors, senior leaders, customers and clients, and other organizations or constituents
- You'll book appropriate domestic and international travel, handling travel policies taking into account visas, costs, and proper documentation
- You'll coordinate various projects that support the executive team and greater organization
- You have 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant for C-level Executives.
- You have experience supporting multiple executives
- You are highly motivated and organized with strong attention to detail who is able to work effectively and prioritize with minimal supervision
- You have clear written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to communicate with all levels of leadership and across multiple offices and time zones
- You are a strong multi-tasker with an appreciation for the challenges of supporting a growing team with diverse personalities in a hybrid and remote working environment
- You have the ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments at any given time while anticipating the needs of others
- You have strong relationship management skills, the ability to build a personal network throughout the company, and the ability to work well with a variety of personalities
- You have experience performing administrative work that requires analysis, initiative, and discretion
- You are able to adapt in response to changing priorities and needs
- You have a passion to learn and contribute
- You are proficient in using Google Suite, Slack, Asana, and Apple products
