About The RoleAs a Senior Executive Assistant to the CEO at Lattice, you will work closely with top-level Executives to help enhance productivity and efficiency. You are a proactive problem solver with exceptional communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.This role will support our Chief Executive Officer. In this role, you may be expected to be in Lattice's San Francisco office 1-3 days per week.What You Will DoYou'll maintain the executive's calendar, and make recommendations in regard to time management, prioritization, and business needsYou'll ensure the CEO is prepared for upcoming meetings, presentations, and projects by proactively gathering the materials necessaryYou'll contribute to team meetings and off-sites by assisting and sometimes leading the planning, taking notes, and moving relevant action items forwardYou'll find new and efficient ways to help maximize your executive's time, including weekly reporting, goal-tracking, and team meetingsYou will own the CEO's team operating calendars and coordinate, and sometimes own, recurring events such as All Hands or quarterly goal-setting processesYou'll partner with internal teams to ensure cross-functional alignment on projects, company milestones, and internal eventsYou'll act as a liaison for assigned executives relaying and exchanging information with others including Board members, investors, senior leaders, customers and clients, and other organizations or constituentsYou'll book appropriate domestic and international travel, handling travel policies taking into account visas, costs, and proper documentationYou'll coordinate various projects that support the executive team and greater organizationWhat You Will Bring to the TableYou have 6+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant for C-level ExecutivesYou are a highly motivated, organized individual with strong attention to detail who is able to work effectively and prioritize with minimal supervisionYou have clear written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to communicate with all levels of leadership and across multiple offices and time zonesYou are a strong multi-tasker with an appreciation for the challenges of supporting a growing team with diverse personalities in a hybrid and remote working environmentYou have the ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments at any given time while anticipating the needs of othersYou have strong relationship management skills, the ability to build a personal network throughout the company, and the ability to work with a variety of personalitiesYou have experience performing administrative work that requires analysis, initiative, and discretionYou are able to adapt in response to changing priorities and needsYou have a passion to learn and contributeYou are proficient in using Google Suite, Slack, and Apple productsThe estimated annual cash salary for this role is $157,500 - $197,000.
