We are hiring for an Executive Assistant with our large tech client Looking for experience with calendar management and supporting our leaders. MUST work onsite in Seattle. If interested, please apply directly. Job Description We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-obsessed Executive Assistant to support two Directors in this department. This role requires a strong focus and execution to manage a high volume of tasks including complex calendar management and scheduling, prioritizing amidst a flood of information and requests, monitoring and tracking meetings, priorities, and emails, and acting as a proxy when necessary. Additional responsibilities include managing travel and expenses and all administrative support functions for this office, as well as handling multiple tasks and action items for the Directors to ensure appropriate and timely action on deliverables. Responsibilities Manage complex calendar and scheduling for two Directors. Prioritize tasks and requests, ensuring appropriate urgency is applied. Monitor and track meetings, priorities, and emails. Act as a proxy for Directors when necessary. Manage travel arrangements and expenses. Provide all administrative support functions for the office. Handle multiple tasks and action items, including documentation, follow-up, and preparation. Ensure timely action on deliverables. Essential Skills Ability to complete a high volume of tasks and projects with little to no guidance. Impeccable attention to detail. Ability to make smart and timely decisions. React appropriately to situations requiring quick response or turnaround. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Ability to switch gears at a moment's notice. High levels of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information. Professionalism in dealing with professionals inside and outside the company. Additional Skills & Qualifications Strong calendaring skills. Strong travel planning skills. Strong event planning skills. 2+ years of experience in the field. Preferred: Bachelor's degree (not required). Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Work Environment This role will require working onsite three days a week in a hybrid model until January 2, 2025, after which it will be five days onsite.
