Our client is a healthcare company. They seek a Senior Executive Assistant for their President & CEO to join their Bronx, NY office.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the President & CEO
- Manage communication with internal departments and board members
- Attend meetings as a representative and take minutes as required
- Handle correspondence, filing, scanning, emails, and phone calls
- Liaise with the Board of Directors, including preparing materials for meetings
- Reconcile corporate credit card statements and verify time cards
- Coordinate scheduling and arrangements for meetings and conferences
- Book travel arrangements, including registrations, itineraries, and car services
- Carry out other tasks and responsibilities as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 8+ years of administrative administrative experience
- Healthcare industry or corporate background
- Experience with financial documents and legal reports
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Strong problem-solving and time-management skills
- Able to respond to sensitive inquiries effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook
