Our client is a healthcare company. They seek a Senior Executive Assistant for their President & CEO to join their Bronx, NY office.


Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the President & CEO
  • Manage communication with internal departments and board members
  • Attend meetings as a representative and take minutes as required
  • Handle correspondence, filing, scanning, emails, and phone calls
  • Liaise with the Board of Directors, including preparing materials for meetings
  • Reconcile corporate credit card statements and verify time cards
  • Coordinate scheduling and arrangements for meetings and conferences
  • Book travel arrangements, including registrations, itineraries, and car services
  • Carry out other tasks and responsibilities as assigned


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 8+ years of administrative administrative experience
  • Healthcare industry or corporate background
  • Experience with financial documents and legal reports
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Strong problem-solving and time-management skills
  • Able to respond to sensitive inquiries effectively
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook
