Job Description

The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills, capable of handling multiple responsibilities efficiently. Responsibilities:
Communication: Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.
Appointments: Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and events, ensuring the executive's calendar is up-to-date and well-organized.
Travel Arrangements: Plan and book travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and transportation, ensuring all travel needs are met seamlessly.
Errands: Run various personal errands as needed, and other tasks to support the executive's personal life.
Quotes and Purchases: Obtain quotes for personal needs, making purchases and arranging deliveries as required.
Calendar Management: Create and maintain a comprehensive calendar, ensuring all commitments and deadlines are tracked and met.
Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support, including filing, document preparation, and other clerical duties.
Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
Requirements:
Tenacity and dedication are important traits to possess, particularly when faced with challenging tasks or projects.
Experience: Proven experience as a personal assistant or in a similar administrative role, preferably supporting senior executives.
