With a strong track record of delivering high-quality homes and a reputation for exceptional client service, we are looking to expand our team with a dedicated Executive Personal Assistant to support our CEO.
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our CEO. The ideal candidate will be adept at providing administrative support to facilitate the CEO’s focus on strategic initiatives and handling confidential information with discretion. This role requires a strategic thinker who can anticipate needs and proactively address them in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Executive Support: Assist in the management of the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and ensure all meetings and appointments are effectively organized and executed.
- Project Coordination: Assist in the planning and execution of key projects, including preparing materials, tracking progress, and following up on action items.
- Research & Analysis: Conduct research and provide analysis to support decision-making processes. Prepare weekly reports and summaries as needed.
- Sales Liaison: Provide support between the sales team and upper management ensuring that sales strategies align with company objectives.
- Personal Tasks: Sometimes assisting with personal errands or tasks.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience as an executive assistant or similar role, preferably in the construction or related industry.
- Skills: Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management tools.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to interact professionally with high-level executives, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Discretion: Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Must be Bilingual in English & Spanish.
