Executive Assistant for Senior Partner at MainStreet Wealth Management

The Executive Assistant provides administrative support to ensure efficient operations of day to day business. Supports the senior partner through a variety of tasks related to organization, communication and administrative functions. Ability to communicate effectively via phone and email, ensuring that all duties are completed accurately and in a timely manner. Responsible for confidential and time sensitive material.

Responsibilities include:

· Preparing materials for client meetings including reports and new account paperwork

· Maintaining files and records

· Day to day oversight of communications including taking calls and answering emails

· Assisting clients with scheduling meetings, taking distributions and general questions

· Managing and maintaining schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements

· Gathers information and develops summaries as requested.

· Various administrative tasks including, typing, making copies, taking notes, filing, and general office organization

Requirements

· 3 years of previous administrative support experience

· Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.

· Excellent writing and editing skills

· Ability to respect and adhere to the confidential nature of the work

· Preferred Bachelor’s Degree

· Preferred knowledge of the financial or investment industry

 

Hours: 9:00-4:00 M-F
