Job Description
Summary Statement:
This Executive Assistant position is responsible for providing professional support to the CEO.
This position reports directly to the CEO by providing executive support in a one-on-one professional working relationship. This position is one of the primary points of contacts for matters pertaining to the office of the CEO. This individual must exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, with strong written, and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities. The individual must enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting the CEO, be proficient with computer applications such as Word, Outlook and Excel.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Calendar management: set appointments, prioritize and juggle appointments.
- Exercise sound judgment and discretion in handling confidential and sensitive information.
- Prepare monthly expense reports, ensuring all expenses are accurate and within policy guidelines.
- Prepare confidential correspondence of both organizational and personal nature.
- Coordinate, meetings.
- Ability to interact with other executives, board members, shareholders, employees and clients.
Knowledge, Skills, and Qualifications
- Must have experience supporting executive level positions
- Able to handle sensitive business communications, and personal information with professionalism, confidentiality and discretion, both internally and externally
- Exceptional organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Must be proactive and be able to anticipate the needs of the CEO
- Outstanding verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Able to interact with confidence with executive management
- Outstanding customer service skills
This is a part-time position, working Monday-Friday 20-30 hours per week.
