We're seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to support our Commercial & Legal Executive during an exciting period of growth and innovation. Core Responsibilities:

  • Provide sophisticated calendar management in a fast-paced environment
  • Coordinate complex meetings and team events; take detailed notes and track action items
  • Handle all travel arrangements and detailed itineraries
  • Manage and prioritize incoming communications
  • Prepare expense reports and process invoices
  • Draft correspondence and presentations
  • Coordinate across departments and with external partners
  • Support board and committee meeting preparation
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Maintain organizational systems and processes
  • Assist with special projects and initiative
  • Assist with basic contract administration
  • Maintain organized digital filing systems
  • Coordinate with outside counsel offices
  • Support department budget tracking
  • Help organize legal department materials
  • Assist with standard legal document preparation
  • Track important deadlines and renewals
  • Support compliance documentation needs
  • Role and expectations will expand over time


Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of executive assistant experience
  • Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Google Suite and a variety of planning/tracking systems (e.g. Notion, Asana, etc)
  • Proven experience handling confidential information with appropriate discretion, always maintaining a focus on upholding integrity and ethics for the business
  • Problem-solving mindset
  • Professional demeanor and presentation style

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting C-level executives
  • Startup, social casino/gaming, or tech industry experience
  • Experience with legal document handling
  • Knowledge of contract management systems
  • Project coordination experience
  • Bachelor's degree

**Candidates are required to be local to Los Angeles area. Qualified candidates may work from home and/or local Regus office at times, but must be flexible and readily available to work from a variety of locations on short notice as business demands arise (including local, domestic, and international travel at times).**
