We are seeking an Office Manager to join our team! You will perform administrative functions in order to drive company success.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that paperwork is processed efficiently and follow up on outstanding items daily
  • Oversee new account transfers and alert reps as new funds are made available
  • Prepare client review reports
  • Answer and complete routine client service items
  • Open and distribute mail throughout the office
  • Execute trade instructions from reps
  • Provide direct client support with technology troubleshooting
  • Backup client service manager with phones, welcoming, schedules as needed
  • Delegate administrative responsibilities
  • Lead office and provide team support

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in office administration around financial industry
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • ​Solid organizational skills
  • Proficient in Windows OS and Microsoft Office
