Assistant to provide vital support to our owner by managing administrative tasks, assisting with
estimating, coordinating with subcontractors, and integrating our purchase order system with
CoConstruct. Construction experience is preferred but not required—enthusiasm and a commitment to

Key Responsibilities:
● Manage the owner’s calendar, emails, and daily schedules, and coordinate meetings and travel.
● Assist in preparing estimates and coordinating with subcontractors to streamline operations.
● Oversee the purchase order system, ensuring it is updated and properly integrated with
CoConstruct.
● Serve as the primary point of contact for subcontractors and vendors, ensuring smooth project
flow and timely follow-up.
● Prepare, edit, and organize project documents, reports, and spreadsheets.
Qualifications:
● Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role, ideally in a
construction or related industry.
● Strong verbal and written communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
● Familiarity with project management software like CoConstruct is a plus.
● Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
● Computer savvy, organized, and tech-proficient.
Compensation:
● Full Time
● $20.00 - $25.00 an hour based on experience.
● Paid Time Off
