This individual will oversee the entire construction process of high-end custom homes, from start to finish. They will be responsible for ensuring that each project is completed on time, within budget, and meets the high-quality standards expected by our clients.Key Responsibilities:Manage and oversee all aspects of the construction process for luxury custom homes, including budget, schedule, quality, and safety.Work closely with the construction manager to develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring on-time delivery of projects.Communicate with clients, architects, and subcontractors to ensure all project requirements are met.Maintain a strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and safety standards.Manage and coordinate the work of subcontractors and other construction team members, ensuring efficient and timely completion of projects.Qualifications:7+ years of experience in luxury custom home construction, with a strong understanding of all aspects of the construction process.15+ years of experience as a Superintendent in Residential Construction Previous experience in a supervisory or management role, leading and mentoring construction teams.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, architects, and subcontractors.Extensive knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards.Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesBenefits-401k with a match-Medical -Dental-Vision-FSA and commuter benefit accounts-Unlimited PTO-Lucrative comp and bonus plan!For this position you must be currently authorized to work in the United States.
