Acquisition Program Office Executive Assistant Provide office management and assistance support to a government defense client. Schedule, coordinate, and facilitate governance meetings. Prepare and take meeting minutes and attendance, tracking correspondence and action items. Coordinate meeting schedules between senior government officials to ensure maximum participation of senior leaders.
Basic Qualifications:
2+ years of experience supporting senior leaders
Experience coordinating and facilitating executive schedules and meetings
Experience coordinating office activities
Experience using Microsoft Office Suite tools
Ability to facilitate meetings and communications with senior government officials
Ability to work onsite at least twice a week
Public Trust
Bachelor's degree
Additional Qualifications:
Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
Possession of excellent organizational and detail-oriented skills
Vetting:
Applicants selected will be subject to a government investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements of the U.S. government client; Public Trust determination is required.

The projected compensation range for this position is $38,700.00 to $79,000.00 (annualized USD). This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
