Job Title: Account Executive Department: Sales and Client Relations Job Summary: As an Account Executive in our recruiting agency, you will be responsible for cultivating and managing client relationships. Your primary goal is to understand our clients' staffing needs, collaborate with our recruitment team, and deliver tailored recruitment solutions to meet those needs. This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring client satisfaction and the growth of our business. Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients. Understand clients' business objectives and staffing requirements. Client Needs Assessment: Collaborate with clients to identify their current and future staffing needs. Analyze job requirements and qualifications to provide effective recruitment solutions. Recruitment Strategy: Work closely with the internal recruitment team to devise tailored recruitment strategies for each client. Ensure alignment between client expectations and recruitment efforts. Candidate Presentation: Present qualified candidates to clients, ensuring they meet the specified job criteria. Coordinate candidate interviews and facilitate communication between clients and candidates. Account Growth: Identify opportunities to expand services and offerings to existing clients. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify new business development opportunities. Client Retention: Monitor client satisfaction and address any concerns or issues promptly. Provide exceptional client service to maintain long-term partnerships. Market and Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends, labor market conditions, and competitor activities. Share market insights and recommendations with clients. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Proven experience in account management, sales, or recruitment in a staffing agency or similar industry. Strong understanding of recruitment processes and strategies. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software. Compensation: The compensation for this role is a mix of base salary, commission, and bonus potential based on performance. The base salary will be commensurate with experience.
