Overview: The Healthcare Account Executive will play a key role in driving business growth by building and maintaining relationships with healthcare providers, institutions, and other key stakeholders. This position requires a motivated professional with a strong understanding of healthcare services, who will be responsible for promoting our healthcare offerings, managing client accounts, and ensuring the satisfaction of our healthcare partners. Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare clients, including hospitals, clinics, insurance companies, and healthcare professionals. Serve as the primary point of contact for existing accounts and develop long-term partnerships. Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their healthcare service requirements. Identify new business opportunities and potential clients in the healthcare industry. Promote and sell healthcare services, products, and solutions to new and existing clients. Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients, highlighting our products and services. Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth for the organization. Manage day-to-day operations of client accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the timely delivery of services and resolve any client issues. Monitor account performance, providing regular updates to clients regarding services, billing, and any other pertinent information. Stay informed about the latest trends, regulations, and best practices in the healthcare industry. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities Understand and communicate the benefits of our healthcare services, keeping clients updated on new products, services, and solutions. Work closely with marketing, customer service, and operations teams to ensure successful service delivery and client satisfaction. Provide input into the development of marketing materials, campaigns, and strategies for promoting healthcare services. Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to ensure seamless implementation and execution of client services. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and account status using CRM software. Prepare sales forecasts, activity reports, and other documentation for management review. Track progress against sales goals and provide regular updates to leadership on account status and performance. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
