Account Executive - Business Development Specialist (Hybrid Role)
Are you a self-starter with a passion for business development, networking, and building client relationships? We’re looking for a results-driven Account Executive to join our team and help drive growth in the staffing industry. This hybrid role allows you to work both remotely and in the field, with 2 days a week in the office or meeting with clients and attending networking events. If you’re motivated by uncapped earning potential and enjoy connecting with people, this is the role for you!
What You’ll Do:
• Drive New Business – Actively seek out new clients, establish strong relationships, and introduce our staffing services to address their unique needs.
• Attend Networking Events – Represent our company at industry events and build connections that expand our client base and professional network.
• Maintain and Grow Client Relationships – Cultivate lasting connections with existing clients to support their staffing requirements and ensure satisfaction.
• Recruit Top Talent – Manage the recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates.
• Achieve and Exceed Sales Targets – Meet defined KPIs and performance goals that drive personal success and branch growth.
