We are seeking a motivated Business Development/Sales Representative to join our team in the heart of Nashville, TN. Responsibilities:
• Prospect and generate new business through research, networking, and cold outreach.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and performance goals.
• Collaborate with the team to develop strategic plans for market growth.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow through on client requests.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered.
• Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role (3+ years’ B2B experience).
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with market research and business strategies.
• Knowledge of the industry or product/service being sold is a plus.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
