This role provides Executive Administrative support to the Chief Sustainability Officer (CSO) within HP’s Sustainable Impact and Compliance (SI&C). The position is based in Houston and requires experience in a fast-paced environment supporting executive leaders.
Job Summary
This role is responsible for providing advanced tactical and strategic administrative support to upper-level executives, managing key records, preparing reports, and handling executive presentations. This includes managing executives' calendars, scheduling complex meetings, and overseeing executive travel.
Responsibilities
Partner with the CSO and Chief of Staff to create a seamless working environment for the team.
Manage scheduling for the CSO, including agendas, mail, email, and client management.
Keep the CSO informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities.
Complete a variety of administrative tasks to facilitate the CSO's leadership.
Schedule domestic and international travel for the CSO and coordinate site visits.
Set up logistics for meetings and maintain professionalism with all materials.
Drive operational efficiencies through the development of repeatable processes.
Act as a delegate for senior executives in specific company systems.
Assist in developing presentations for internal and external audiences.
Collaborate with the Enterprise Operations Executive Assistant community.
Supervise entry-level executive assistants or administrative support staff.
Education & Experience Recommended
High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
8+ years of related work experience in senior administrative support.
Preferred Certifications
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proven organizational and time management skills.
Expert knowledge in HP systems and processes.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and collaboration programs.
Ability to design and edit presentations using graphic software.
