About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director for its Tennessee region. The successful candidate will be the strategic leader, responsible for setting and executing a vision that aligns with the organization's 5-year plan. This role involves shaping the external environment, leading regional teams, and managing a significant budget to achieve transformational results in student achievement and school growth. The Executive Director will oversee the operation of three public schools, with a focus on serving the needs of over 1,500 students and their families. Additionally, the role includes managing a large regional staff dedicated to various areas such as student development, parent organizing, external relationship management, and special education. Candidates for the Executive Director position should have a proven track record in educational leadership, with experience in driving and sustaining high levels of student achievement. The role requires a deep understanding of the local educational landscape, as well as the ability to build and nurture relationships with a diverse set of stakeholders. A strategic mindset, strong financial management skills, and the ability to lead and inspire a large team are essential. The Executive Director will also be involved in the continued growth of the region, including the potential to open additional schools in the area.
