About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director for its Foundation. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and implementing strategies that align with the Foundation's mission and vision. This includes driving fundraising efforts, managing the annual operating budget, and ensuring the organization's goals are met. The Executive Director will also be the primary spokesperson, representing the Foundation to external stakeholders, and will work closely with the Board of Trustees to advance the Foundation's brand and visibility. Collaboration with the local community, including the educational sector, and a strong focus on compliance with relevant regulations are essential aspects of the role. Candidates for the Executive Director position should have a Master's degree, with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required. A history of successful fundraising and experience in senior leadership, particularly in the field of fundraising or development, are necessary. The role demands a high level of financial management acumen, strong communication skills, and the ability to work with a diverse range of stakeholders.
