About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director for its upscale Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC). The successful candidate will be a visionary leader, responsible for fostering a vibrant and fulfilling living environment for senior residents. This role involves close collaboration with the management team to shape and execute the community's strategic direction, overseeing financial operations, and ensuring strict adherence to regulatory and industry standards. The Executive Director will also be tasked with leading marketing and outreach initiatives, cultivating relationships with residents, families, and the local community, and implementing progressive programs and services to enhance resident satisfaction. Applicants must have a minimum of 7 years' experience as an Executive Director or Administrator within a CCRC, with at least 5 years' in a senior leadership role in the post-acute healthcare industry. Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field, with a Master's degree being preferred, and a licensed nursing home administrator. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in executive leadership, particularly in upscale community development, and expertise in project management. Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills are essential, as is a deep commitment to fostering a culture of respect, dignity, and resident choice.
