About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director to oversee the operation of a skilled nursing facility, ensuring compliance with all relevant local, state, and federal regulations. The successful candidate will be responsible for directing the implementation of policies and procedures, maintaining the quality of patient care, and managing the facility's financial and operational performance. Essential functions include staff recruitment and training, budget preparation, and representing the facility in external dealings. The Executive Director will also be involved in maintaining community relations, overseeing the facility's physical assets, and ensuring the provision of necessary patient services. Applicants for the Executive Director position at the company must hold a current and valid state Nursing Home Administrator license and have a thorough knowledge of applicable regulations. A BS/BA degree or equivalent experience in healthcare administration is preferred, along with a minimum of one year of experience in a similar leadership role. The role requires strong communication, leadership, and decision-making skills, as well as the ability to effectively manage a team and ensure a safe and dignified environment for both staff and patients.
