The successful candidate will be dedicated to the education and professional development of nurse practitioners, particularly those who will serve in underserved rural and urban communities. This role involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of the program, ensuring its successful implementation, and advancing its mission of promoting health and health equity. The Executive Director will be responsible for engaging with and supporting program Fellows and alumni, as well as developing and maintaining relationships with community partners, including sites and preceptors. The ideal candidate will have an MSN, be a board-certified advanced practice nurse with a minimum of 8-10 years experience in healthcare practice and management, and demonstrate a commitment to inclusion, diversity, equity, and access.
