About the Role

The Company is in search of an Executive Director to lead its mission of providing financial and housing empowerment services to low- and moderate-income residents. The successful candidate will be a strategic and visionary leader, responsible for the organization's operational and strategic goals, including capital raising, strategic growth, and financial sustainability. This role demands a proven leader with a strong business orientation, adept at managing multiple stakeholders, and with a passion for the mission of financial and social justice. The Executive Director will be expected to maintain the excellence of existing programs while also driving innovation and growth. They must be adept at external relations, capable of inspiring support for the organization's mission, and experienced in fundraising and advocating for policy change.
