About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director to lead its mission of uniting the community to heal and empower young survivors of commercial sexual exploitation. The successful candidate will be a compassionate and strategic leader with a strong background in nonprofit management, particularly in the areas of operations, programming, and team development. Key responsibilities for the Executive Director include overseeing all organizational operations, developing and implementing strategic plans, and ensuring the fulfillment of the organization's mission through impactful programming and financial oversight. The role also involves close collaboration with the Board of Directors, leading the organization through a period of growth, and serving as the main spokesperson for the needs of the survivors at local and state levels.Applicants for the Executive Director position at the company should have an advanced degree in a related field and a minimum of 5 years' experience in nonprofit leadership. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in fundraising, financial management, and building strong relationships with various stakeholders.
