About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director (ED) to lead its community-based, youth-focused, and educational nonprofit organization. The successful candidate will be a collaborative and inspirational leader, responsible for setting and upholding the organization's strategic vision in line with its core mission. This role involves working closely with the Board of Directors to refine and implement strategic priorities, oversee the development and evolution of programmatic offerings, and ensure that all operations are aligned with the organization's values. The ED will also be the primary ambassador, engaging with the wider community, including families, partners, government agencies, and funders, to attract the financial and programmatic resources necessary to support the community.Applicants for the Executive Director position should have a minimum of 10 years of professional nonprofit experience, with at least four years in a senior leadership role, preferably within direct service youth or educational organizations. A passion for the organization's vision and mission is essential, as is a demonstrated ability to lead fundraising efforts and grow philanthropic support. The role requires excellent communication skills, strong team management abilities, and a proactive, detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.
