About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director to lead its mission of community cultivation through farm-based education and experiences in sustainable agriculture and the natural world. Applicants for the Executive Director position at the company should have at least 8 years' of leadership experience, with a background in the nonprofit, private, or public sectors. Essential qualifications include a robust network in the community, a history of successful fundraising, and experience in staff development and partnership building.
