Description

The Account Executive is responsible for creating valuable relationships with their network of borrowers as well as evaluating potential customers. They will create new business for the firm through pre-generated leads along with personally discovered leads. The Account Executive will be tasked with advising the client throughout the loan origination process, closing process and lifetime of the loan.

A successful Account Executive is extremely driven and motived by quantifiable results. They are willing to work the hours necessary for success to achieve a rewarding career in real estate finance.

In the first year of employment a successful Account Executive can earn a great income and make MAX commissions!

Duties & Responsibilities

• Build and maintain client relationships
• Create and expand a network of clients
• Manage multiple leads and deals simultaneously without compromising the customer’s quality of experience
• Creates business from company generated leads as well as personally derived leads
• Advises clients on loan origination, closing and in the success of the loan
• Determines viability of leads and potential
• Provides exemplary customer service

Basic Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Some mortgage lending or title experience
• Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in real estate transactions and/or sales
• Proven sales track record
