Account Executive/Loan Officer

Location: Austin, TX

Accelerated Funding is seeking a driven Account Executive to join our Austin-based team. In this role, you will be instrumental in expanding our business by focusing on outbound sales, acquiring new clients, maintaining book of business, and excelling in sales negotiation within the Real Estate Private Lending sector.

We are looking for passionate individuals eager to build a rewarding career in sales and real estate lending.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively engage in outbound sales to generate leads and close deals in the hard money lending space.
  • Perform targeted cold calling to a minimum of 50 prospective clients daily
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline with provided leads.
  • Utilize your sales negotiation skills to secure favorable terms for both the client and the company.
  • Originate loans by working closely with clients in the real estate finance sector
  • Manage and expand client relationships through lead generation and client acquisition while ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, particularly in mortgage origination, private money / hard money lending.
  • Demonstrated success in cold calling, sales negotiation, and closing sales.
  • Expertise in driving business growth.
  • Ability to work effectively in an in-office setting, collaborating with the team.

Job Type: Full-time


Pay: $90,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
