About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director to lead its multi-service agency, which has a strong focus on providing integrated support services to individuals and families in need. The successful candidate will be responsible for the organization's strategic and operational leadership, with a primary focus on ensuring the overall health of its finances, operations, and culture. This role requires a leader who can create and guide a respectful overall leadership strategy, perform strategic program analysis, and work with the Board and senior leadership team to implement a strategic plan that aligns with the organization's mission. The Executive Director will also be tasked with establishing a financial strategy for sustainability, managing government grants, and maintaining relationships with major donors, corporations, and foundations. Applicants for the Executive Director position at the company should have a minimum of 5 years experience in senior management roles within a social services organization, with a proven track record in financial management and fundraising. The role demands a leader who can foster a collaborative and supportive workplace environment, develop the leadership team, and lead a cohesive team to meet the organization's goals. Experience in risk management, expanding community engagement, and a commitment to the professional growth of employees, volunteers, and the Board of Directors are essential.
