About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director to lead its mission of ending youth homelessness through a youth-led, peer-to-peer service model. The successful candidate will be responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of the organization, with a focus on expanding its impact and sustainability. This includes ensuring the success of current programs, building a thoughtful expansion plan, and fostering relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders. The role demands a dynamic leader with a proven track record in nonprofit management, a strong commitment to youth leadership, and the ability to inspire and mobilize others. Experience in fundraising, advocacy, and a background in positive youth development are strongly preferred. As the Executive Director, you will be at the forefront of the organization's growth, working closely with the Board of Directors, managing a dedicated staff team, and cultivating partnerships with funders, universities, and government agencies. The ideal candidate will have a trajectory of increased development and management experience, a service mindset, and the ability to drive the organization's expansion while staying true to its core values. A background in campus and/or community organizing is a plus, as is experience with advocacy and systems reform efforts. The role requires a self-motivated, inspirational problem solver with strong analytical skills and a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
