About the Role
The Company is in search of an Executive Director. The successful candidate will be a dedicated and dynamic administrator with a strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. The Executive Director will be responsible for all aspects of the organization's operations, including but not limited to, instruction, student support services, facility management, personnel, and fiscal affairs. This role involves supervising all areas of the organization, establishing and implementing long- and short-term goals, developing policies, and managing the organization's budget. The Executive Director will also be expected to maintain and enhance external relationships with various organizations to advance the services provided by the organization. Applicants must have a Master's degree in a related field, with a minimum of 7 years' progressive experience, and a proven track record of leadership in an educational or business setting. Experience in serving high-need, culturally diverse adult populations, as well as in community outreach and building collaborations, is essential. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and presentation skills, and a strong background in educational practices and workforce preparation. A Ph.D. or terminal degree is preferred, along with experience in managing multi-million-dollar budgets, facility operations, and commercial leasing. The role requires a candidate who is innovative, creative, and has a passion for promoting civic engagement and supporting the academic and workforce development of the organization's students.
