This leadership role encompasses all facets of organizational operations, including educational instruction, student support services, facility management, human resources, and financial affairs. The Director will lead various departments, set and execute strategic objectives, and manage policies while overseeing the organization's budget. Building and maintaining external partnerships to enhance service delivery is also a key responsibility. Ideal candidates will hold a Master's degree in a relevant field, possess at least 7 years of progressive experience in leadership positions within educational or business environments, and have a record of serving diverse adult populations. Exceptional communication and presentation skills are essential, as is a solid foundation in educational methodologies and workforce development. While a Ph.D. or equivalent terminal degree is preferred, the role also values experience with large-scale budgets, operational oversight, and commercial leasing.
