In this pivotal role, you will manage both the strategic and operational facets of the organization. Your responsibilities will encompass overseeing staff, programs, financial management, and the seamless execution of our mission. With a focus on strategic planning, program development, leadership, mentorship, and fundraising, you will play a critical role in shaping our strategy and enhancing our impact.The ideal candidate will have demonstrated success in leading and expanding a nonprofit or a significant department, with experience managing a budget of at least $500,000 and a team of three or more. Your broad understanding of nonprofit management, coupled with outstanding communication skills and knowledge of addiction recovery, will be essential. You should be adept at inspiring and engaging various stakeholders from the community to prospective donors.We are looking for someone who is highly organized, possesses excellent prioritization skills, and has strong follow-through. Proficiency in standard office software is required.
