In this pivotal role, you will drive business operations, inspire teams, and elevate customer engagement to ensure a premium experience for families. We seek a proven leader with a background in retail or store management, especially in customer-facing environments, who can leverage their business savvy to foster a flourishing atmosphere.Key responsibilities will include:Overseeing the center's financial performance and managing P&L statements.Developing action plans to promote business growth.Managing staffing, labor, inventory, and vendor relationships.Executing effective marketing campaigns and nurturing customer relations.Building strong relationships within the community and enhancing parent engagement through social media.Overseeing the registration process to ensure a seamless experience for new families.To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you should have at least 3 years of experience in retail or store management.
