Executive Sales Position Summary
Personnel in the Executive Sales Position at Call Management Resources focus on identifying key decision makers inside of different organizations and developing a relationship with that prospect. They will offer customized solutions to fit that organization's needs based on several different factors. They provide detailed pricing for each service and offer industry knowledge to help decision makers make an educated decision on choosing an answering service provider. A large portion of their role is in business development, the person in this role is responsible for developing most of their business while leads are provided as a supplemental client source. In this fast paced role employees must act quickly when providing quotes and service information, keep a pipeline of leads and meet sales goals. Whether working from our corporate offices in Columbus, OH or our satellite office in Palm Springs, CA our sales team can work from any location in the country once trained.
General Responsibilities
Develops a database of qualified leads through referrals, telephone canvassing, cold calling on business owners, direct mail, email, and Linked-In networking
Maintains accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, closed sales, and follow-up activities
Develops a database of qualified leads through referrals, telephone canvassing, cold calling on decision makers, email and Linked-In networking
Maintains accurate and organized records of all sales and prospecting activates including sales calls, email discussions, pricing quotes, forecasting and follow-up activates all in the CRM.
Has extensive knowledge of the industry and customer base
Respond quickly to perspective clients
Responsive time to emails within one business day with follow up ensured
Be available on the phones so that customers can speak to a live person within a short time frame
Ability to meet and exceed sales goals
Demonstrates the ability to carry on a business conversation with executive level owners and identify pain points and client needs.
Demonstrates the ability to gather detailed business information and identify prospects needs.
Requirements
Has extensive knowledge of the industry and customer base Extensive experience in utilizing CRM tools
Advanced communications skills (Verbal and Written)
3-5 years sales experience
Cold calling
Email marketing
Experience networking with other professionals
Good judgment and decision making skills
Advanced organizational skills and ability to prioritize
Strong MS office Skills (Word, Excel and Power Point applications)
Performed in a full life-cycle sales position, from lead identification to close of sale.
Bi-lingual or multi-lingual language skills are a plus but not required.
