Based in Cincinnati, the Sr Director of Sales will drive the strategy, business development and execution of the One Chobani portfolio at Kroger. This role is responsible for the strategic leadership over development and execution of multiyear customer strategies. You will partner cross-functionally within the Commercial Team, Supply Chain, New Product Development, and Marketing to build and deliver multifaceted winning relationships.
Responsibilities
Dynamic thought leadership in the development of One Chobani’s go-to-market strategy with Kroger that delivers volume and revenue targets
Develop short and long term joint business plans with Kroger
Drive and build relationships with customers, understand their business models, and influence key decision makers to initiate shelf collaboration
Be a proactive voice of Sales internally: provide integrated customer, consumer and competitor insights along with actionable recommendations to drive share of mind, resourcing and focus
Lead cross-functional planning collaboration to deliver accurate volume and trade forecasts to finance, supply chain and commercial development partners
Identify and partner in the creation of selling materials to bring impactful and effective information to the Kroger buy teams
Requirements
Bachelor's degree required
10+ years consumer packaged goods experience including Sales and/or Category Management for key customers
High level of proficiency in working directly with Senior Level Management within a client’s headquarters and prior experience working with Kroger HQ
Experienced in development and execution of joint business planning and top-to-top meetings with large, strategic customers
Advanced negotiation skills, specifically with Kroger CPI negotiation process
Ability to build talent, culture and capability within a winning team
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to work in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced and dynamic environment
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects at once
Proficient in Microsoft Office and reporting systems such as IRI, Market 7, Stratum
Knowledgeable of market and industry trends, competitors, and leading customer strategies
Willingness to travel (25%)

Compensation Range: $188,800.00 - $283,200.00, plus bonus.
