What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): Lead a high-performance sales team to drive revenue in targeted National Security missions and programs Develop and execute an annual Growth Strategy and Execution Plan to meet or exceed revenue quotas Cultivate strong relationships with National Security customers and strategic partners Identify and close key deals and strategic opportunities while mentoring account team members Provide accurate business and deal forecasting along with periodic status reports on strategic progress
What is Required (Qualifications): Minimum 10 - 15 years of demonstrated success in National Security Sales Leadership in Networking Hardware, Software, and/or Services Experience in selling network hardware, software, and services, with a focus on optical networking, IP/ethernet, and automation/software Deep understanding and strong relationships in the National Security market Excellent analytical, interpersonal, written, verbal, and presentation skills TS-SCI Security Clearance is a must
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): Direct experience selling or working in the US National Security Market Proven track record of building and leading high-performance sales teams Demonstrated leadership and technical understanding in sales strategy
