selling Workers Compensation services
such as: Case Management, Utilization Review and Bill Review. What Makes This Role Sparkle? As our VP of Sales, you’ll combine strategic leadership with hands-on execution. You’ll drive growth from the front lines, acting as both a mentor and a top-performing individual contributor. Your Role in Our Winter Wonderland Design and Execute: Develop sales strategies to meet ambitious revenue targets. Close Deals: Personally manage high-value opportunities, from pitch to close. Inspire by Doing: Set an example for the team through exceptional individual performance. Shape the Future: Identify new market opportunities and build scalable processes for growth. Collaborate Across Teams: Align with marketing, product, and operations to deliver seamless client experiences. Requirements: Proven Track Record Of The Following Workers Compensation Sales Experience: Understanding of products/services and prior experience in Workers Compensation. Revenue Growth: Drive growth through the effective execution of the national sales strategy. Team Performance: Lead regional sales teams to meet or exceed individual and collective sales goals, and foster a high-performance culture. Sales Efficiency and Optimization: Optimize the sales process across regions to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Market Penetration and Competitiveness: Expand EK Health Services Inc.’s market presence across key regions and continuously adapt the sales strategy based on market insights and competitive analysis. Strategic Reporting and Forecasting: Provide accurate and strategic sales forecasts, and ensure alignment between sales activities and the company’s overall growth objectives.
