Senior Vice President, Worldwide Sales Micron Technology is seeking an elite leader for the Senior Vice President, Worldwide Sales role, reporting directly to the CEO. This individual will lead a commercial go-to-market organization responsible for global sales and revenue at Micron, fostering innovative sales approaches that broaden Micron’s business opportunities and enhance customer relationships worldwide. The role will be based in San Jose, CA. Responsibilities Responsibility for revenue growth, achieving targeted market share at a worldwide, segment, and customer level while maximizing pricing. Grow Micron’s share in high-value applications that require strategic roadmap alignment with marquee customers such as Cloud Service Providers and Leading semiconductor system providers. Strengthen relationships with key customers and develop new customer partnerships. Drive robust key account planning processes including strategic objectives and relationship mapping. Oversight and accountability for the sales organization across all sales channels. Provide overall operational sales direction to achieve performance metrics. Establish and nurture relationships with CEO, CTO, COO, and CBO level customers. Drive a partnership with Supply Chain and Operations to ensure customer delivery and quality objectives. Define commercial goals in target segments and lead a global go-to-market execution plan. Lead and drive pricing optimization efforts. Incorporate tools and technology, such as AI, to improve efficiency and insights. Provide leadership and professional management of the sales organization. Work with business unit leaders to maintain oversight of all strategic and day-to-day commercial activities. Ideal Experience Domain:
Experience in the semiconductor memory and storage industry is strongly preferred. Customers:
Must have existing relationships with senior executives at key worldwide customers. Scale:
Track record of significant revenue growth for an organization of at least $8 billion in revenue. Go-To-Market Motion:
Experience leading in both component and solution selling environments. Global Leadership:
10 or more years of commercial leadership experience, with 5 years minimum in an executive leadership role. Transformation:
