Compensation:
Projected First-Year Earnings: Over $200,000 Base Salary: $90,000-$110,000 Paid Time Off (PTO) Comprehensive Benefits: Accessible after 30 days Performance-Based Bonuses Responsibilities:
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets. Proactively identify and generate new leads to expand our customer base across new territories. Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team, setting clear objectives and fostering a collaborative work environment. Build and maintain strong relationships with both existing and prospective customers, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry dynamics to make informed strategic decisions. Gather and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve products, services, and the overall customer experience. Prepare accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports to support business planning and resource allocation. Work closely with the marketing department to create compelling sales collateral, presentations, and materials. Lead negotiations for major contracts and agreements with clients, suppliers, and partners. Refine and optimize the sales process for efficiency and effectiveness, identifying areas for improvement. Recruit, hire, and onboard new sales team members as needed to support company growth. Conduct regular performance evaluations for the sales team, providing constructive feedback and development opportunities. Qualifications:
Must have previous experience in a senior sales leadership role within a similar industry in New Jersey. Demonstrated history of achieving and exceeding sales targets in leadership roles. Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and lead by example. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal. Ability to develop and execute sales plans that drive revenue growth. A commitment to delivering exceptional service and building long-term customer relationships. Proficiency in data analysis, using sales metrics to inform decision-making. Willingness to adapt to changing market conditions and industry trends, with the ability to pivot strategies as needed. Strong negotiation and contract management abilities. Effective problem-solving skills to address challenges and seize opportunities in a competitive market. Familiarity with the siding, roofing, and home improvement industry, including products, materials, and best practices. A leadership style that fosters teamwork and cooperation. A focus on achieving and exceeding targets. Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory. About Company
