Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic General Sales Manager to oversee and drive the sales strategies for our organization. This role is critical in leading a high-performance sales team, managing sales operations, and achieving company revenue goals. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in high-volume sales environments and a passion for coaching and developing talent.

Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Management: Lead, motivate, and develop a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies, plans, and campaigns to meet organizational goals. Monitor market trends, and competitor activities, and adjust strategies as needed.
- Performance Management: Set clear goals, track sales performance, and implement action plans to ensure continuous growth and target achievement. Provide regular feedback and performance reviews.
- Sales Operations: Oversee day-to-day sales operations, including pipeline management, lead generation, client relationships, and reporting.
- Training & Development: Identify skill gaps and provide ongoing training and development opportunities to elevate the sales team's performance.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, customer support, and other departments to ensure alignment and maximize opportunities for revenue growth.
- Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and insights to senior leadership, providing actionable recommendations for business growth.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a sales manager or similar leadership role in a high-volume sales environment.
- Strong understanding of sales performance metrics and KPIs.
- Demonstrated ability to manage, motivate, and develop a team of sales professionals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- No previous roofing experience is required
